  • 30g za’atar spice blend, for unique flavor
  • 30g panko breadcrumbs, for crispy topping
  • 15g Parmesan cheese, for umami flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat & Prepare: Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Sauté onion in olive oil until softened, then add garlic.
  3. Blend Base: Whisk eggs, cottage cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and half the onion-garlic mixture.
  4. Create Turmeric Swirl: Divide mixture; whisk turmeric into one half.
  5. Layer & Swirl: Pour plain mixture into dish, drop turmeric mixture on top, and swirl gently.
  6. Prepare Za’atar Crunch: Combine panko, za’atar, Parmesan, and olive oil.
