  • 15ml olive oil (1 tbsp)
  • ยฝ tsp minced garlic
  • 2g smoked sea salt (ยฝ tsp, plus more for garnish)
  • 6g fresh cilantro (roughly chopped, 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 220ยฐC (425ยฐF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll and Cut Dough: Roll out dough to 3mm thickness and cut into 5cm squares or triangles.
  3. Apply Garlic Oil: Brush dough pieces with garlic-infused olive oil on both sides.
  4. Combine Cheese Blend: Mix mozzarella, cheddar, chipotle powder, paprika, and smoked sea salt.
  5. Distribute Cheese: Sprinkle cheese blend evenly over each dough piece.
