- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil: Extra virgin
- 150g (5oz) Onion: Medium, finely diced
- 2 Cloves Garlic: Minced
- 1 tsp (5g) Smoked Paprika
- 0.5 tsp (2.5g) Ground Cumin
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- 150g (5.3oz) Cheddar Cheese: Shredded, sharp
- 100g (3.5oz) Cream Cheese: Softened
- 2 Tbsp (30g) Sour Cream: Full-fat
- 1 tsp (5ml) Lemon Juice: Fresh
- 0.5 tsp (1g) Chipotle Powder
- 1 Tbsp (15g) Parsley: Chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Sautรฉ Aromatics: Heat oil, sautรฉ onion (3-4 minutes) and garlic (30 seconds).
- Brown Beef: Add beef, season, and cook until browned (6-8 minutes).
- Steam Broccoli: Add broccoli, cover, and steam until tender-crisp (4-5 minutes).

- Melt Cheese: Sprinkle cheddar, cover, and melt (2 minutes).
