  • 2 tbsp (30 g) Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive Oil, plus extra for drizzle
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Thyme-Infused Olive Oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blanch Potatoes: Boil and partially cook sliced potatoes for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
