  • 60g (4 Tbsp) unsalted butter
  • 100g (1 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ยฝ cup (120ml) roasted red pepper purรฉe
  • 1 tsp (2g) chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • ยผ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp (15g) toasted pine nuts
  • 2 Tbsp (โ‰ˆ8g) chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Sautรฉ Aromatics: Sautรฉ onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
  2. Cook Filling: Add mushrooms and chicken; season and sautรฉ until golden brown.
  3. Craft Alfredo: Melt butter, simmer cream, whisk in Parmesan, season with nutmeg and thyme.
  4. Create Swirl: Divide Alfredo sauce; swirl in red pepper purรฉe into one portion.
