Instructions
- Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, sugar, and salt.
- Incorporate Butter: Cut cold butter into flour until crumbly.
- Add Milk: Gradually add cold milk to form a soft dough.
- Chill Dough: Wrap and chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and juice.
- Fold in Blueberries: Gently fold in blueberries and honey (optional).
- Roll Out Dough: Roll dough into a 12×12 inch square.
- Spread Filling: Spread filling over dough, leaving a border.
