- 2 tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 0.25 cup (40 g) red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tsp (4 g) granulated sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Jalapenos: Wash the jalapenos, then carefully halve each one lengthwise. Wearing food-safe gloves is a smart move. With a small spoon, scoop out all seeds and white membranes from each half.
- Make the Creamy Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, freshly shredded sharp cheddar, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until the mixture is completely smooth and well-combined.
- Stuff and Prepare for Baking: Generously fill each jalapeno half with the creamy cheese mixture, creating a slight mound. Arrange the stuffed jalapenos on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring a single layer.
