  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Olive Oil

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: Whisk cottage cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet, mixing until just combined.
  5. Make Red Pepper Swirl: Blend cream cheese, pepper purรฉe, chives, and paprika until smooth.
  6. Fill and Swirl: Fill muffin cups two-thirds full, add swirl, and marble gently.
