  • ยฝ Cucumber (75g): grated, water squeezed out
  • 1 Clove Garlic: minced (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp (3g) Fresh Dill: chopped
  • 1 tsp (5ml) Lemon Juice (for tzatziki)
  • ยผ tsp (1g) Salt (for tzatziki)
  • 2 tbsp (30g) Pomegranate Seeds
  • Fresh Mint Leaves: torn
  • Optional: Red Onion: thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinade: Whisk olive oil, lemon zest, juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Coat chicken strips in marinade; marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. Make Tzatziki: Combine yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt; refrigerate for 15 minutes.
