  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp (3 g) sesame seeds
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Prepare the Glaze: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, zest, honey, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with 1 tbsp glaze.
  3. Cook Chicken: Stir-fry chicken in olive oil until cooked through.
