Description

Ingredients
- 200g (7oz) Feta Cheese: cut into 1cm (ยฝ-inch) sticks
- 4 Sheets Phyllo Pastry: keep covered with a damp cloth
- 30g (2 Tbsp) Unsalted Butter, Melted
- 2 Tbsp (30ml) Olive Oil
- 30g (2 Tbsp) All-Purpose Flour
- 3 Tbsp (45ml) Honey
- 1 tsp (5g) Chili Flakes: adjust to taste
- ยฝ tsp (2g) Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp (5ml) Lemon Juice
- Pinch of Fine Sea Salt
- 1 tsp (5g) Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Tbsp (5g) Chopped Fresh Cilantro Leaves
Instructions
- Prep Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flour Feta: Lightly coat feta sticks in flour.
- Roll Phyllo: Brush phyllo with butter, sprinkle with chili flakes, and roll with feta.
- Bake Rolls: Arrange rolls seam-side down and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Make Glaze: Combine honey, chili flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt; warm until glossy.
- Glaze & Garnish: Drizzle with glaze, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cilantro.
Notes
For best results, keep phyllo pastry covered to prevent drying. Adjust chili flakes to your preferred spice level.
