- 120ml (ยฝ cup) Milk: Whole or plant-based.
- 60ml (ยผ cup) Olive Oil: Or neutral oil.
- 150g (1 ยผ cup) All-Purpose Flour: Or whole wheat/gluten-free blend.
- 1 tsp (5g) Baking Powder: Leavening agent.
- ยฝ tsp (2.5g) Baking Soda: Leavening agent.

Instructions
- Preheat & Grease: Preheat oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
- Prep Zucchini: Grate, salt, and squeeze zucchini to remove moisture.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: Mix chicken, eggs, milk, and oil.
- Whisk Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, pepper, oregano, and chipotle powder.
- Combine Wet & Dry: Gently mix wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in Cheese: Fold in cheddar and cream cheese.
- Make Chipotle Swirl: Combine cheddar, chipotle powder, and milk.
- Fill & Swirl: Fill muffin cups, add swirl, and gently swirl into batter.
- Add Finishing Touches: Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan (optional).
- Bake: Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool & Serve: Cool in tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
