- 150 g (5.3 oz) Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 200 g (7 oz) Smoked Gouda Cheese, shredded
- 120 ml (1/2 cup) Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Olive Oil, plus extra for drizzle
- Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Thyme-Infused Olive Oil (optional)
Instructions
- Blanch Potatoes: Boil and partially cook sliced potatoes for 3-4 minutes, then drain.

- Brown Beef: Brown ground beef, drain excess grease.
- Season Beef: Season beef with smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and thyme.
