  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Lemon Juice: fresh

  • 30ml (2 tbsp) Olive Oil: extra-virgin
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin: ground
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Water: cold
  • 80g (1/2 cup) Roasted Red Peppers: drained
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Chickpeas: Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly.
  2. Blend Hummus: Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, water, and olive oil in a food processor; blend until creamy.
  3. Divide Base: Separate half of the hummus for the classic flavor.
  4. Make Pepper Puree: Blend remaining hummus with red peppers, olive oil, salt, and paprika.
  5. Marble Swirl: Gently fold pepper puree into plain hummus.
  6. Plate & Swirl: Spoon onto a plate and create swirls.
