- 60g (1/4 cup) Tahini: smooth and pourable
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Lemon Juice: fresh
- 2 Cloves Garlic: minced
- 30ml (2 tbsp) Olive Oil: extra-virgin
- 0.5 tsp Cumin: ground
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 60ml (1/4 cup) Water: cold
- 80g (1/2 cup) Roasted Red Peppers: drained
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tbsp Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prep Chickpeas: Drain and rinse chickpeas thoroughly.
- Blend Hummus: Combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt, water, and olive oil in a food processor; blend until creamy.
- Divide Base: Separate half of the hummus for the classic flavor.
- Make Pepper Puree: Blend remaining hummus with red peppers, olive oil, salt, and paprika.
- Marble Swirl: Gently fold pepper puree into plain hummus.
- Plate & Swirl: Spoon onto a plate and create swirls.
- Finish & Serve: Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and parsley; serve with pita or veggies.
