  • 1 tbsp (15ml) olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp (2.5ml) smoked paprika
  • 0.25 tsp (1.25ml) garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp (15g) butter, softened (or plant-based butter)
  • 0.25 cup (30g) toasted corn kernels for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make Cilantro-Lime Crema: Combine yogurt, lime zest, juice, cilantro, chipotle, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Mix Cheese Filling: Combine cheddar and mozzarella with minced chipotle.
