Instructions

  1. Prep Oven & Dish: Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Sautรฉ Aromatics: Sautรฉ chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until translucent.
  3. Brown Beef: Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and drain excess fat.
  4. Add Big Mac Flavors: Stir in ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and pickle relish.
  5. Incorporate Cheese: Fold in cheddar and mozzarella, reserving some for topping.
