Instructions
- Prep Oven & Dish: Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sautรฉ Aromatics: Sautรฉ chopped onion and minced garlic in butter until translucent.
- Brown Beef: Brown ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and drain excess fat.
- Add Big Mac Flavors: Stir in ketchup, mustard, vinegar, and pickle relish.
- Incorporate Cheese: Fold in cheddar and mozzarella, reserving some for topping.
- Layer Beef Mixture: Spread beef mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Make Cheese Sauce: Create a roux with butter and flour, then thicken with milk.
