Ingredients

- 150 g (5 oz) diced ripe tomato
- 120 ml (ยฝ cup) roasted red pepper puree
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) pomegranate molasses
- 4 basil leaves, torn
- Smoked paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Toast the Bread: Toast bread until golden-brown and crisp.
- Prepare Cottage Cheese: Combine cottage cheese, red pepper puree, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add Tomato: Gently fold diced tomato into the cottage cheese mixture.
