  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep and Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC). Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season Wings: Toss the dried wings with olive oil and the seasoning blend (smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper) until evenly coated. Arrange wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake Until Crispy: Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping halfway through to ensure even browning and crispness on all sides.
  4. Prepare Glaze: While wings bake, combine all glaze ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, then reduce to low. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
  5. Glaze and Serve: Transfer hot, crispy wings to a bowl. Toss with approximately two-thirds of the warm glaze until coated. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately with extra glaze for dipping.
