Instructions

  1. Mash Avocados: Scoop avocado flesh into a bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of lime juice and sea salt. Mash roughly with a fork or masher to achieve a chunky consistency, avoiding over-mashing.
  2. Fold Guacamole Ingredients: Gently fold in the finely diced red onion, minced jalapeรฑo, and chopped cilantro. Mix lightly to combine without breaking down the avocado chunks, then taste and adjust seasoning as necessary.
