- 1–2 chipotle peppers in adobo, finely minced, plus 1 tsp adobo sauce
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) smoked paprika
- 2.5 ml (0.5 tsp) garlic powder
- 2.5 ml (0.5 tsp) onion powder
- 2.5 ml (0.5 tsp) fine sea salt
- 1.25 ml (0.25 tsp) black pepper
- 15 g (0.25 cup) fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Combine cooled, diced chicken, halved grapes, and finely diced celery in a large bowl.
- Toast Pecans: Toast pecans in a dry skillet for 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Let cool completely before roughly chopping.
